Collector plate made in 1942 in Good to Very Good condition, There is a small scrape at top and a couple of little spots and these might be from a vintage wall hanger. Came from an estate sale though and it didn't appear to have been a smoking home and it is nice and clean. Something of a souvenir of two wars; both the one that is the topic, and the one that was going on at the time this was made. It is somewhat frugal and a bit reserved, evoking the mood of 1942 but you still would have needed some Christmas presents so here you go. Thoughtful and sincere, let's win the war and bring the boys home, I think that is what it said to buyers of the time. I see some others asking a lot more for this plate.
