It is 6mm wide, is marked 10k has been tested for purity and is 10k, it is also marked RMI for Romel. This is a Size 10.75 and it weighs 4.1 grams. See photos for more details. This ring is pre-owned but I would consider it to be in very good condition, does have some very light wear scratches but a professional buffing would bring it back to its glory!
