Please check out my other items! Outstanding antique mourning locket with original glass. The gold tests as 12k. There is no mark but it could be behind the glass. Locket is 1 1/8" wide. Hinge and clasp work perfectly. The light reddish brown hair is arranged in a braided coil under the glass. This is a wonderful find. Unsigned. The locket is displayed with a chain and I am throwing the chain in the deal. It's an oldy 9k chain that is unmarked. I'm not sure the end links are original. The catch is an old thumbless style catch but it sort of floats on the end and is not attached. Thank you so much for looking. A unique treasure! Thanks for looking!
