I'm not sure on the bottom of the pin if those are rhinestones or small chip diamonds. all I know is this pin is very rare and very hard to find. I actually believe mine is the only one on the internet right now, I sell a lot of rare pins like this to collectors. I find a lot of these pins at estate sales, auctions, flea markets and garage sales. I always look each one up before buying.
