This is the 8 1/2" Salad Plate entitled "No. 3" from Vernon Kilns in the Bits of Old England Pattern - Made in California. It depicts an English Country Village Scene - GREAT GRAPHICS!!! It is in good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks.
