Semi-sheer raised/flocked design (not all design is raised) overlay on solid yellow lining. Dress has hidden long zipper back. Two breast darts on either side. Vertical dart on either side back. Bolero style open front ruffled (ruffles are stiff) jacket and cuffs. Sleeves are semi-sheer. Breast darts. There are no tags attached - this may need to be dry-clean as the ruffles are stiff and may lose their shape when washed. This appears to be a poly blend. I am estimating the size to be a Large.
