This is one of the most lovely wallpaper covered boxes I have ever come across. It has a gold colored "Hdkfs" emblem in script on the top. Lined with pink silk, it can be used for anything, though it was originally used for handkerchiefs in its day. Very nice brass clasp and hinges. Measures about 5 3/8" square and is 2 1/2" tall. In very nice condition for its age, and would make a perfect antique dresser or vanity decorator piece.
