This handrail looks to be one that came out of an old Elks Lodge masons lodge American Legion or such place. The labor that would go into making this can only be appreciated by someone who can. I intend on putting it in my own place if it doesn?t sell here the one that I can construct will not compare. I believe it to be red mahogany though it could be oak. I expect this to be a tough sell unless someone is fairly close and can come and look at it which I welcome. I am happy to answer any and all questions and to send additional pictures if needed.
