This is a new seat with armrests that was removed from the unit below. The seat is cushions not torn except for a small crack as shown in the pictures. There is some white staining as shown. The seat pan shows some cracking and rust around the mounting nuts. Note that the end of the one armrest is broken off and the other one is cracked.
