Experts believe it to be an experimental US GLASS blank with Donna Rim and a Rose Design in the bowl. The Rose design is not the usual Rose and Thorn pattern. And the Donna rim is not usual with Rose and Thorns pattern. This is a Very beautiful piece and in fine condition! It glows under black light. Aprox 11? across and 3.5? deep.
