Box is in nice shape with a small crease on the top back cover. It has a couple of nearly invisible sticker shadows on the cover and one you can see on the top tab. Pre-viewed for quality and played great on my old Panasonic vcr. Cassette is nice and clean, no stickers. Out Of Print (OOP) and never released domestically on dvd. Bob Hunt (Hays) is tired of seeing the phone, electric, and heating companies turning people off..then cutting them off. When an elderly woman freezes to death after her heat is shut off, Hunt's anger turns to action. He takes on the UTILITIES and ends up the prisoner of a pretty police officer (Adams). With a little help from a friend and some clever street smarts Hunt aims to beat the system at its own game. He devises a scheme to scramble the utilitie companies' computers, while also setting a romantic trap for his unknowing law-woman accomplice.
