Item description

THE INFERNO by John Creasey Berkley Books, 1st U. S. paperback printing, 1968 Condition: Very Good An entry in Creasey's Dr. Palfrey series, which began in the 1940s and went through the '70s. Like most in the series, it is pulpish science fiction adventure, sort of a British Doc Savage. Light wear on extremities and spine edges, bits of back cover flaking, a slight spine lean, a red "X" on back cover, a scribbled-out name on the front cover reverse and first page light page toning. Still, a solid copy with tight binding throughout.
