Additional Details ------------------------------ Product description: Hollywood song-and-dance man Tony Hunter (Fred Astaire) is persuaded by his friends Lester and Lily (Oscar Levant and Nanette Fabray) to star in a Broadway musical. He finally relents, joining the show in NY. He is confronted by a prima ballerina (Cyd Charisse), a hostile choreographer (James Mitchell) and a pig headed producer (Jack Buchanan). The show is a flop at its New Haven opening. But Tony refuses to give up, raises money, takes over the production, making it into a smash. Show-stopping songs: That's Entertainment, Dancing in the Dark, Louisiana Hayride, and By Myself. 1953
