Item description

90cm Teak Statue Lanna Princess Artfully and detailed carved from solid Teak wood, extremely delicate and with wonderful features. This extra large Teak statue of a Lanna princess enchants not only men?s hearts. Lann, the land of millions of rice fields, was once an autonomous state in the north of present-day Thailand with the metropolis Chiang Mai in his heart. Until late in the 19th century. In the 18th century, a unique culture emerged here, with its own art, its own language and, above all, its own style. Only when the then Siam incorporated the Lanna state, the current Thailand with its diverse culture and colorful population. This Lanna Princess symbolizes the style of the past Lanna Empire and its princes, with their delicate facial features and detailed headdresses, and offers you the opportunity to take your own little journey through time without having to leave your living room. One or the other Thai furniture is already in your household? Then set a real Far Eastern accent with one of our carved Teak statues. To ensure a particularly good stand, this delicately carved work of art was positioned on a heavy base made of old teak wood using three metal struts. This teak sculpture is not yet(!) an antique (it starts at 100 years), but at 50-60 years we are already pretty close and it is at least "vintage". Mass: HxWxD approx 90x40x20cm Material: Teak wood Scope of delivery: 1x 90cm Teak Statue Lanna Princess Country of origin: Thailand Deviations from the article image: Colour / Grain: small amount Form: small amount Please note that the product images are for example purposes only! The individual items differ in shape, color and grain due to their unique nature. Small indentations, discolorations, cracks or scratches are not uncommon in these natural items. Wood is a living material, has grown naturally and therefore continues to develop somewhat. All items are handmade, so there may be small errors in the item, uneven surfaces, etc. normal deviations. Manufacturer information acc. GPSR: Kinaree Alexandra Hahnel Ludwig-Würkert-Str. 16 09405 Zschopau www.kinaree.de The agony of choice The appearance of many of our items can vary greatly. The article picture is always just an example, as unfortunately it is not possible for us to photograph each article individually in studio quality. Would you like a specific item? No problem, just write to us and we will be happy to send you some pictures of our current stock. We are also happy to accommodate your wishes and specifically look for an article that meets your requirements. You can see how much an article deviates from the article image under the product dimensions on a scale from "no" deviation to "strong" deviation. Each piece is unique Wood is alive, and you can see it. Each item has its own color spectrum, hard or soft color changes, knotholes, cracks, notches or similar. These small differences make each item unique and create a natural, original atmosphere. Deviations from the specified dimensions are possible. These deviations do not constitute grounds for complaint. The shape of the individual items (especially Root Wood ) can also vary greatly; please keep this in mind when ordering. Please note that wood is a living material. Especially in the cold season, we recommend that you let the piece of furniture acclimatize for a few days in a slightly warm room (e.g. bedroom) before setting it up at its destination. This is how you prevent cracks in the wood. Particularly dry air (e.g. in rooms heated by a fireplace) can also lead to cracks in the wood. The optimal room humidity for solid wood is between 60 and 70%. Cracks that appear in winter usually close almost completely again over spring and summer.
