Tamora English rose plant Bareroot 2 year old own roots plant. This is one of the best as far as beauty, fragrance and disease resistance. Apricot or apricot blend Shrub. Exhibition name: Tamora Bred by David C. H. Austin (1926-2018) (United Kingdom, 1983). Shrub. (Series: English Rose Collection) Apricot - yellow, darker center, lighter edges. Strong, myrrh fragrance. Average diameter 3.5". Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, compact. Small, semi-glossy, dark green foliage. Height: 39" to 4' (100 to 120cm). Width: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm). USDA zone 5b through 10b. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant. Chaucer Conrad Ferdinand Meyer In September 1998, the Montreal Botanical Garden (Le Jardin Botanique de Montreal) carried out a survey of its roses' resistance to black spot, powdery mildew and rust. This is one of the outstanding varieties which showed a 0% to 5% infection rate. The data was taken on well-established roses.
