Made of genuine leather. The inside requires more dusting to remove dirt. There is one slight faded stain which is not noticeable next to the tag as featured. Although this was bought without a shoulder strap you can add one and hook it to the metal that holds the handles. If I find a matching color strap I will include it with the bag. Made in Italy.
