Used but appears to function as intended. Once it boots up at the bottom of the screen it says "DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISC AND PRESS ENTER". We don't have a disk for this and so I am not able to get it to advance beyond this. 3 of the 4 foot pads is missing (see last picture). Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
