Sylvac Pottery England Mr. Pickwick Toby Character Jug #1452 Brown Glaze Up for sale is this vintage Charles Dickens’s Mr. Pickwick Toby Character Jug by Sylvac Pottery of England. The jug is in great condition with just two small chips on the bottom of the jug, making them hard to see when displayed (see photos). The piece is in brown earthenware glaze (sometimes known as “Rockingham” or “Bennington. It stands approximately 6" tall and 6” from front to back. The bottom is marked “1452 Sylvac,” and “Made in England”. Vintage from the 1940s. Thank you for looking
