Item description

Please be sure to read the entire description before purchasing. Year: 1941 Wartime musical about a band that adopts a Norwegian refugee waif as a publicity stunt. She turns out to be a full-grown man-chaser who stirs up things at a ski resort. Fun, but it ends abruptly--because, they say, Henie fell during the huge skating finale, and Darryl Zanuck wouldn't greenlight a reshoot. One of only two feature appearances by Glenn Miller and his Orchestra (the other was "Orchestra Wives"). It is commercial free and uncut and the quality is excellent. The pictures are actual screen captures from the DVD. Sold on 1 DVD-R Disc in a DVD case with nice artwork for the case. Please note: This film is believed to be in the Public Domain.
