This is a Sterling Silver size 7.25 ring with marcasite stones and a beaded design. The front of the ring is patterned in diamond shape with Marcasite Stones with a center row of diamond shaped stones and settings and a top and bottom row of round stones with a curved beaded band above and below those. I do not know anything about the stone quality but have provided many pictures. The decorated front stops at mid band and then the band is plain. It has some tarnish.
