These beads are strung on nylon cord. This piece is marked 925 China on back of the pendant and on the lobster clasp. The pendant portion holds one approximately 15 carat checkerboard cut genuine Onyx. See my picture of the pendant which can be removed by the snap bead enhancer clasp. The condition is very good no stone chips cracks, no cord issues and working clasp.
