Put cofee, sugar and water into the pot as much as the desired cups of coffee. Plug the pot to the earthed plug outlet. By pressing the power switch (on/off), operate the device. Mix the mixture for a short period of time. As the coffee starts boiling, turn the power switch to ?off? position and turn off the device. Pour the coffee into cups. NOTE : Metal spoon may be used if the pot is to be used with an earthed plug outlet. Boiling Water In order for you to prepare any dense coffee, tea bag, lime tea, rose hip tea, fruit and herbal tea, you will need boiled water. Put water into the water box (max. 4 cups) as much as you need however make sure that the water does not exceed the maximum allowable level inside the pot. If you pour more water into the pot than what was shown by the water level indicator, the water may overflow and spill after boiling. Operate the heater by turning the on/off switch of the device to ?on? position. As the water starts boiling, turn the power switch to ?off? position and pour the dense coffee, tea bag, lime tea, rose hip tea, fruit and herbal tea you plan to drink into the boiled water inside the heater, then mix it. Always grab the device by its handle since the exterior surface may be hot. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Unplug your coffee pot. If you constantly make Turkish Cofee inside your device, it will be sufficient to flush it with cold water. If the interior section of the coffee pot is very dirty, clean it with the use of a kitchen sponge and detergent water, then rinse and clean it. Avoid cleaning the heater layer inside the pot with hard and abrasive objects. **IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES** ? Do not place your device near or in the vicinity of stoves, ovens or other direct sources of heat and make sure that it does not touch any other devices. ? Do not use your device for any purposes other than stipulated here. ? Do not wash your device inside the dishwasher. ? Do not clean your device by immersing it into water. ? Do not fill your device with water by immersing it into water. ? Some odour may form at the heater section of your device during first use which is normal. ? The lime inside the water is accumulated in time over the base of the heater and form a brown layer which will diminish its efficiency. In this case, some water prepared by combining some vinegar or lemon juice can be mixed with the boiled water inside the device, then after a while, the lime which was dissolved can be poured out after being shaken. Remember to rinse the device with plenty of clean water after this. Caution! If you perform lime cleaning with chemical agents, this may cause poisoning. Warning: Ensure that the pot does not trip during use by grabbing its handle. We recommend you to use the package you were provided with when storing the device.
