SHERSTON'S PROGRESS BY SIEGFRIED SASSOON 1936 HARDCOVER PUBLISHED BY THE BOOK LEAGUE OF AMERICA, NEW YORK This book has no remainder mark, no internal markings to the text, no previous ownership marks and no unpleasant odor. The book is printed on premium heavy gauge cream colored paper. The top page edges have a dark brown decorative top stain in great unfaded unspotted condition. The fore page edges have a premium rough deckle cut. The fore page edges have very very light soiling/discoloration/possible foxing. Please see the pictures provided. The binding and decorative boards are in great shape. The blank end papers, both front and rear, have age toning. The front free end paper has an inked out area at top corner, and also a ball point marking (pictured). This the only notable flaw that the book has.
