It has red suspenders which have come undone and are are tied together to go around the head. The next item is a pair of shorts. They are a pink, purple, blue and white in a swirl pattern. They close with velcro in the back. The final item are a pair of white tennis shoes. There a couple of small pink marks on the side of one shoe. These are great for any Ken or similar doll.
