These are signed on the bottom by Japanese Artist. Research shows made by Toyo Japan, Circa 1950's-1970's. Matcha Bowl -(Rice Teacup or Sake Cup)- is a traditional tea drinking bowl. These are small don't have handles. Two different Floral Designs on the sides with Cobalt Blue Gold Gilded Accents on opposite sides. These Beautiful Asian pottery cups are not only Decorative but Functional as well. Perfect for anyone who collects Asian Matcha Bowls/ Sake Cups, Asian Glassware, Japanese Glassware, Japanese Decor or just for gifting to a friend or family member. Condition is preowned with no chips or cracks. There is crazing but this could have been done during production- unsure. The graphics are bright beautiful.
