clear glass
about 4.5 inches tall, 8.5 across, hole is a little under 1 inch across
no obvious imperfection, very nice pieces - no chips, cracks, there is a bit of wax in the holders from use, I've wiped them down, but could probably use a better cleaning as they were dusty.
