Days to Harvest: Juliet tomatoes are known for their early maturity, and they usually take around 60 to 70 days from transplanting to harvest. Fruit Color: The fruit is red when ripe. Fruit Size (Inches): The Juliet tomato is a small, elongated cherry tomato with a diameter of approximately 1 inch (2.54 cm). Fruit Weight (Ounces): Each fruit typically weighs around 1 ounce (28 grams). Fruit Taste/Flavor Description: Juliet tomatoes are prized for their sweet and rich flavor. They have a good balance of sweetness and acidity, making them suitable for various culinary uses. Uses for Fruit: Juliet tomatoes are often used in salads, as snacks, and for garnishing. Due to their small size, they are not commonly used for canning. Plant Style: Juliet tomatoes are indeterminate, meaning they continue to produce fruit throughout the growing season.
