Intent on invasion, the Stone Men of Saturn arrive in an armada of spacecraft, trouncing Earth's military response. Thor, armed with his war hammer, engages the aliens, destroying everything thrown at him and sending the invaders retreating to Saturn.
Pivoting as he readies to fling Mjlnir, the 1962 cover art by Jack Kirby, Joe Sinnott, Stan Goldberg and Artie Simek is translated into sensational 3D pewter by illustrator Alan Quah and sculptor Ghim Ong, adding impetus to Thor's Golden Age debut.
Alan Quah is a respected illustrator in the international comics and collectibles communities. Ghim Ong's strong interest in 3D sculpting has led to his working on Marvel, DC and Disney properties.
