Item description

25 coins in Roll 75 Years of the UN (BNC) Andre Letria and Luc Luycx In 1945, representatives from 50 countries met in San Francisco to draft the Charter of the United Nations, which would be ratified on October 24 of that year, founding the United Nations (UN). Currently, with 193 Member States and with the Portuguese Antonio Guterres occupying the position of Secretary General, the UN continues its mission guided by the purposes and principles inscribed in its founding Charter, seeking understandings and measures in favor of the great issues of Humanity , such as peace and security, climate change, sustainable development, human rights, humanitarian aid, and many others. To mark the 75th anniversary of this international organization, Casa da Moeda minted a commemorative coin signed by illustrator Andre Letria.
