This is a used replacement part for an Ibanez "Soundtank" series guitar pedal, from the 1990's. It is for one of the knobs / dials used in those types of pedals. Please see my photos to see what this looks like. All of the SOUND TANK series pedals used these, and most if not all of them were black just as this is.
