Vintage 50s Red Velvet Paillete Sequin and Bead Hat Adjustable hat - "head band" style. I estimate this could fit hat size 21 or 22. Where red velvet looks lighter I don't find the velvet thinner there, just the velvet being pushed the wrong way. Hat is in good condition but doesn't feel like the highest quality hat I've ever encountered. Very simple construction- see lined underside, you can faintly see the two pieces of boning type wire that make up the foundation. No flaws noted.
