Antique Cabinet Card Photograph. The penetrating eyes of this 5-month old baby, identified as Raymond Lovejoy Newton, seem to calmly exude an understanding of the world not all possess. It's no wonder his vital statistics indicate he traveled far and wide. Measures approximately 4.25 x 6.5 including mount. Condition: This is an original photograph, not a copy or reproduction. It is in excellent condition. Comments: Richard Lovejoy Newton was born in 1897 in Malden, Massachusetts. He was the son of William Horace Newton and Genevive Lovejoy. Raymond was married on December 13, 1927 in St. John, New Brunswick, Canada to Laura Kathleen Timms (born 1904). She was the daughter of Frederick James Timms (1879-1958) and Alice Maria Gibbs (1882-1979). Richard and Kathleen had at least one child, Raymond Lovejoy Newton, Jr. who was born January 20, 1929 in Dallas, Texas and died March 2, 1976 in Leon, Florida.
