Item description

Pillarbox Table Lamp Rare Post 1960s and pre-funky '70s c.1972 Faux Wood Grain Plastic Faux Carved Motifs Shade is not included. 25" from table top to top of socket 9" Depth width Original K-Mart Tag On Bottom Excellent Condition No major issues I can find Tested, works After the 1960s waned there was a period my family called "the steakhouse" era. It ran from late 1969 through 1973. We saw very low lighting, dark wood everything, Earth tone designer pallettes and naturalism. This still has the original Kmart price tag on the bottom. The original cost in '72 was $26.88. In today's dollars that is $195 and change. This came to us without a harp and while we did add one it was a bear to put on. We will have to remove it for shipping. Just be aware that you may face the same challenge. Finally, shade is not included. Please see our store for similar items. We combine shipping. - - - This is what's AI had to say about this item: Add a touch of vintage charm to your living space with this rare c.1972 faux wood grain pillarbox table lamp. The lamp boasts a rectangular design with a large size of 9" x 9" x 25" and a brown color finish. It features a rotary knob for easy control of the light and a corded electric power source with a voltage of 110V. Crafted with brass and plastic materials, this contemporary style lamp is a perfect addition to any nature or country themed room. The lamp is easy to install and comes with an original tag.
