We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be received in original packaging, with original manuals and ancillary materials in undamaged and saleable condition. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
ALL returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)with the returned merchandise.
