WELCOME Antique wrist watch marked Illinois. The band is marked 1/20 12k GF Lustern. There are two patent numbers. The length approximately is 6? and the round face is 1.? The safety chain is intact. The watch has age appropriate cosmetic wear and some dings to the backside and some on the band. It is not currently running. I am not familiar with old watches, so please see my many photos.
