Rare, Collectible Charcoal Drawing Portraying Japanese Probably Shintoists--This is a well done, well preserved, framed charcoal 9 x 12 charcoal (showing) drawing of a young Japanese couple visiting a Priest. Based on architecture in the drawing, this could?ve taken place in an American internment camp. The priest appears to be preparing a package of incense for them. The drawing is signed and appears to be the signature of someone named Hasan or Hasam. I can find no references to the artist. The drawing is matted in black in a very attractive 22 x 19 inch frame. The picture is wired for hanging and weighs about 4 lbs. 6 oz.
