If you're a November Baby, please understand that although the books all say Topaz is your birthstone, in fact, nearly all Yellow Topaz sold is really Citrine, and it works just as well as the Topaz. It's the color you're after, not necessarily the stone. And this stone HAS the color -- bright, golden, yellow, sparkly -- the essence of sunlight mounted on your finger. Very pretty. The ring itself is heavy, with a good feel to it. The sides have a wide filigree pattern and enhances the stone very nicely while allowing it to stand on it's own.
