1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:
Timeframe: Your request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Item Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including all tags, labels, and protective materials).
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or purchase receipt must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items include:
Digital content (downloads, subscriptions)
Gift cards or vouchers
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or incorrect handling
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Provide the following details:
Your order number
The reason for return
Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
If your request meets the criteria, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the full return instructions.
?? Do not ship returns without an RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Step 3: Return the Item
Use original packaging for secure transit
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package
Use a trackable courier (insured shipping is recommended for high-value items)
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days
Refunds are processed via your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
Your bank or payment provider may take up to 7 more business days to post the refund
Partial refunds may apply if the item is:
Used
Damaged
Missing original components or packaging
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item, you are responsible for the return shipping.
We will cover the return cost and provide a prepaid return label in cases of:
Incorrect item received
Defective or damaged product upon delivery
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges depending on product availability.
Contact us first to confirm if your desired replacement is in stock.
If not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue
We’ll arrange a free replacement or offer a full refund right away.
7. International Returns
We ship worldwide. For returns from countries outside of our warehouse region (Italy):
Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees
Any applicable customs duties on returned goods are also your responsibility
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable on international orders
8. Lost or Missing Returns
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
Brands Seekers is not liable for lost packages that do not reach our warehouse.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:
First, check with your bank or payment provider
