Ponderosa Pink Tomato (Lycopersicon esceluntum) is an old heirloom introduced by Peter Henderson Co in 1891. This meaty beefsteak variety will produce tomatoes weighing more than a pound. They occasionally can even get to two pounds! Almost seedless and low in acid, this indeterminate is great for slicing or canning.
