In excellent used condition, a cute polka dress with a built in crinoline by Ruby Rox in size 7...bust is 32", waist is 26" and it's 24" long from the natural waist.Really great black satin fabric with velvet polka dots and a mock velvet ribbon waist band. There is a tiny snag on the waist band on the left side...see photo. Really hard to spot...could be covered with a bow or rhinestone pin if it bothers you.
