This miniature piece of art work that I created is perfect for the Polish lover. If someone has a dollhouse this is the perfect 1:12 inch scale. The table is glued to the base but would look great in a dollhouse or as a display piece for the polish lover or cook . It comes in a clear gable box ready for gift giving. Sign comes along with it that says "The Polish Kitchen always open". You can remove this sign and place it inside your dollhouse if you choose or just let it set in front of the miniature table as a perfect diorama. There is a cardboard picture of an old fashioned kitchen in the back of the box. The cardboard measures 8 1/2 inches long by approx 6 1/2 inches high. I left this one larger in case you wish to glue it to your personal display. The lace tablecloth does not come off the table - it is glued to remain in the position you see it. The table made from wood has the following food: 1) 4 stuffed cabbage rolls with tomato sauce on a white dish(Golumpki in Polish) 2) 4 pierogi on a dish 3) 1 kielbasa on a dish uncut 4) 1 kishka on a dish with two extra pieces cut. All of the food is glued to the table and cannot be removed; however this is not for small children who like to put things in their mouths because if they yank at this they most likely will be able to remove them. It comes on a wooden base painted in brown that looks like it is stained.
