Pokemon Creepy Black is a GBA ROM Hack based on Pokemon Fire Red. Description After you hear Professor Oak’s foreboding lecture, you may notice something out of the ordinary: a Pokémon by the name of “Ghost” has joined your team. This spectral companion hints at the odd voyage that awaits. The game takes on a darker tone when the player employs the Ghost Pokémon in battle. Your opponents are rendered helpless, unable to make a move. There is only one choice under the Fight tab, “Curse.” The screen will go black if you continue down this destructive path. The low, twisted cries of your enemy may be discernible in the dead of night. The only thing left of your opponent’s Pokémon when the combat screen comes back up is a terrifying message. For each trainer, you Curse, a grave marker similar to those in Lavender Tower will appear in their place. Lavender Town’s creepy soundtrack loops endlessly, contributing to the chilling atmosphere.
