Item description

PLANET OF THE VAMPIRES / DIE MONSTER DIE! Advertising Campaign Booklet 1965 DIE MONSTER DIE! is based on an H.P. Lovecraft story COLOUR OUT OF SPACE. The film was later released under the new title: MONSTER OF TERROR. PLANET OF THE VAMPIRES features astronauts landing on a mysterious planet, having personality changes, and then turning on each other. An advertising campaign booklet for the American International films PLANET OF THE VAMPIRES and DIE MONSTER DIE! Made exclusively for theater managers, this publicity guide is designed to aide the decision in choosing advertising material to use for a particular film. It features still photos, casts and credits lists, newspaper copy, posters, lobby cards, synopsis, radio and TV spot text, and lobby promos. This booklet contains four articles on Boris Karloff. This is Karloff's 130th film and the first monster he played since Frankenstein 30 years prior. In these promotional articles, he talks about method acting, football, monsters, and dying with "my make-up on". Mild horizontal fold to center, as usual, minor crimps to edges, else very good plus in blue and black and white stiff, stapled (2 staples) wraps. Bright, clean, and beautifully presentable. Thin folio 17" X 11"; 10 pages. An unusual collectible gift for any horror film aficionado. FREE SHIPPING TO THE USA
