Vintage original 47 x 63 in. French grande poster from the classic 1930's post-WWI themed war comedy, PACK UP YOUR TROUBLES, released in 1932 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) and directed by George Marshall, Ray McCarey, Harry Black. Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy are two war veterans who help an orphaned child find her grandfather. This poster was issued for a 1950's theatrical tel-release in France. The design features stylized artwork by Constantin Belinsky and depicts Stan (Stan Laurel) and Ollie (Oliver Hardy) in uniform as the endure the humility of cleaning the streets by removing the horse manure while wearing a clothespin on their nose to hide the smell. Unrestored and folded as originally issued, it is in fine+ condition as shown.
