Item description

Up for sale is a large, beautiful stone plate with large orthoceras fossils in it. Orthoceras is a type of extinct mollusk, a cephalopod related to today's octopus, squids, and nautiloids. These creatures lived roughly 350 million years ago during the Devonian geologic time period. This fossil plate would make a great centerpiece, or would be great for fossil collectors.
