This fold out is 10 1/2 inches high and 24 3/4 inches unfolded. It is really interesting and was a sales promotional tool for the distributors to promote the product before purchase.  About 1/3 up from the bottom this is a fold like someone folded it to fit in an envelope or a folder. It has been unfolded in my folder. It isn't folded otherwise or torn. It is old and used so it has a few smudges, but it is in good shape. It has been in a smoke free environment.
