I don't know the vintage of this piece, but if I were to guess I would say mid 1960's or early 1970's. It is designed to help select tires for your car and it was issued by Amoco. It actually has a question and answer series and the brochure folds out to reveal the different tires they have and the advantages of each tire. It is 6 inches tall and nearly 3 inches wide folded. It folds out to nearly 11 1/2 inches and is printed on both sides. It has been in a smoke free environment and is in nice condition. It covers radial tires and steel belted.
