There are some areas where the finish on the wood is slightly rubbed, and there are a few small paint spots on the top edge. The mirror is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks in the mirror. It is NOT beveled. I am unsure of the actual age of the mirror, but I believe that it dates to between 1939 and 1960. It is 22.25" wide, 35.5" tall. The actual reflective mirror area is 17.25" wide, and 25.25" tall. This is a lovely Colonial Style Solid Maple mirror, made by a trusted manufacturer.
