It was ordered in the wrong gear ratio, handled but never installed. 2.94 RATIO - they make 2.94 or 3.36 - if you are not sure, please contact us to find out what you have if not sure. If you have a 4x2 it does not matter - Crucial difference if 4x4 Fits 2007-2015 Armada (2.94 ratio only!) It will mess your truck up if you have 3.36 now unless 4x2. The item is new as shown.
