This is made for 4x2 models with 160 Amp Alternator, 6 speed 66RFE transmission but ....if you are willing to work with it, you can add wiring to it from yours and omit wiring not needed.
Fits: 2013 Ram 3500 5.7 with 160 amp alternator only though...from there you can adapt it.
